§  Mailing list is reviewed every 2 months depending on activity your data will be reviewed.

§  Requests to be removed. At any time you can be requested to be removed from our database.

§  Names, address and date of birth as well as transactions data with us, will be held for 10 years to comply with     anti-money laundering regulations.

●       Where you are a party to an existing contract with us or regularly enter into contracts with us for our goods and services, we may use your name, email address, postal address or phone number to notify you of changes to the terms and conditions of our services.  Our legal basis for this use is our legitimate interests, namely the administration and management of our business contracts and relationships.

●       We may use your name, email address and postal address to send you marketing communications, if you have chosen to receive these. These may include information about properties for rent or for sale, the current property market, promotions or offers. Our legal basis for this use is consent.

●       We may use copies of Identification such as Driving License or Passports as well as address and date of birth to verify your identity to comply with anti- money laundering regulations.  Our legal basis for this use is compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject to.

We may disclose your personal information to building/mortgage surveying companies insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of conveyancing for a property transaction using Tag Estate Agents services.
