Our lettings team will take a property from the initial marketing stage through to accompanied viewing, inventory generation ( including photographs ) , assured short-hold tenancy contract set up and check in, all compliant with current legislation.

TAG offer services to Landlords which can be fully managed where the property is managed on a day to day basis by our experienced team or alternatively on a find tenant only basis where the property will be taken through the various milestones to check in stage at which point the management will transfer to the Landlord, in this instance we can hold the tenant deposit in a protected account for a small fee.
